Cams

Our exclusive cam shafts are custom built from factory blank stock, allowing us to build custom perfect lobs that add maximum performance and long cam life.  Building the cam from raw stock takes more time and adds cost, but the end result is a high tolerance perfectly aligned cam that lasts.

What we don't do is build up our cam lobes by adding welded material to the cam face which creates a handful of issues including metallurgy changes, welding slag which affects balance, welded hard spots that cause shorter lifter life; and the welding process causes heat warping which can lead to early cam bearing failure.
